Arvind Kejriwal Takes a Jibe at Rahul Gandhi!

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal calls Rahul Gandhi a kid!

Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took a dig at Congress VP Rahul Gandhi, calling him 'a child' for scrutinizing the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) challenges over an obliteration of a ghetto in Delhi by the railway department. "Rahul Gandhi is a kid.

I think his party has not told him that railway comes under the government of India," is what the Delhi CM said in a tweet replying to Rahul Gandhi's comments. The Congress vice president had scrutinized AAP's challenge over this issue in Parliament claiming that there was no reason behind AAP conducting a protest during the parliament session. It was under the party's rule that the demolition had happened. The AAP government has requested an authoritative investigation into the demolition drive and killing of the six-month old child. However amidst all this, the railways has said that the episode had "nothing to do with evacuation of infringements". Police had said at first sight that the infant was unfortunately killed because of suffocation after a load of garments fell on it when the folks were getting ready to move out of the jhuggi and consequently no case was enrolled. Kejriwal met railway department authorities at his house over the issue, and was troubled with their reaction.

Railroad authorities neglected to give proper reaction in the matter of why devastation drive was completed when asked whether it was a crisis undertaking, is what the sources said.
They said in addition that when the CM questioned them as to what was the reason that proper rehabilitation measures were not taken before demolition, Railway officials replied by saying that they will inform their board and ministry about it. Under assault for its devastation drive amid the winter season, Indian Railways on Sunday guarded evacuation of 1,200 ghetto abodes in West Delhi, saying the move was made subsequent to giving "several notices to the encroachers". However, the annihilation in Shakurbasti went into controversy after passing of a toddler in a ghetto.
The ghetto inhabitants including ladies and kids were seen out in the open attempting to gather their possessions. While some raised alternative tents to shield themselves from the icy cold, others made impermanent arrangements for cooking.
"We have followed all procedures before removing those unauthorized constructions at railway land. Three notices were served to them and finally with police help we removed those encroachments near Shakurbasti station," is what the Delhi divisional railway manager (DRM) Arun Arora said here.
