The first song from Kangana-Shahid-Saif -starrer Rangoon movie is released and is flooding all social media platform. The track Bloody Hell is out and Kangana is damn confident that her song will leave fans awestruck. In the video she is shown performing on stage in front of British officers in that song.

Kangana in a statement said that she’s better known for her so-bad-it’s a good dance. But in this movie, she did three major dance sequences in the first schedule.

The National-Award-winning actress said to reporter that she was determined to put the best foot forward in bringing huge energy to her character Julia.

Dance in the ‘40s was about high energy and for Kangana, it was all so new. She said that she rehearsed a lot and she feels that she’ not that amazing on floor. The actress said that Julia is a first rate performer and to justify her popularity, she required to be damn good. But our Bollywood Queen was determined. Even if it meant breaking her bones, she had to do it best for the role.

Director Vishal Bhardwaj took the help of Norway-based choreographer Sudesh Adhana to train Kangana for the song.

The Queen star, who plays a diva from the 40s, rehearsed throughout November last year for the song and it was shot in December, as per reports.

Sudesh is not only a choreographer but also a lecturer in modern dance. Vishal Bharadwaj said that they collaborated on an opera in Paris, which he directed and choreographed by Sudesh. Vishal also said that they joined hands for the song ‘Bismil’ of “Haider” fame, which bagged a National Award. In praise for Sudesh, Vishal said that he is a unique personality.

Bloody Hell song is from a film within the film in reference to Rangoon and Kangana really worked hard to get the dance form the beginning.

Vishal Bharadwaj is currently busy with the post-production of the period drama that is set during the time of World War II.

The history of Rangoon is very short. It was founded as Dagon in the early 11th century by the Mon, who dominated Lower Burma at that time. In the 18th century, King Alaungpaya conquered Dagon, and renamed it Yangon, and people started settling around Dagon. The place Rangoon is portrayed in this movie which covers the period of World War II.

The Rangoon film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, and the movie also stars Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor in the lead and is slated to release on 24th February this year.
